A man is facing murder charges in New York City for allegedly setting a woman on fire inside a subway train and then watching her die after she was engulfed in flames.

Sebastian Zapeta, 33, was arrested following the harrowing incident on Sunday morning on a stopped F train at Brooklyn’s Coney Island station

A New York City woman was arrested in connection to the alleged fatal stabbing of Ray Hodges, a U.S. Postal Service employee. The incident occurred inside a deli in Harlem, apparently over a food order according to an employee.

Ray Hodges was ordering food when a suspect began arguing with him over 'who was first in line to order.' Hodges, 36, was a letter carrier in Manhattan.

The Harlem deli worker says the postal worker who died and the woman charged with his murder were regular customers.
