The MTA is holding its final board meeting of the year today, just weeks before congestion pricing takes effect in NYC.

The MTA Board voted 12-1 to approve the new congestion pricing plan in Manhattan. Driver will be charged $9 when entering the city below 60th Street. It’s scheduled to be implemented on Jan. 5.
