St. Vincent & the Grenadines is pushing through with plans to increase tourist arrivals from the European market.
On Thursday, hospitalists and nurses at St. Vincent Women's Clinic (part of a collective bargaining unit) voted yes. The remaining eight bargaining units that have voted no are all nurse units.
