CAIR-WA, a Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, wants police to probe whether a vandalism incident at the Islamic Center of Federal Way was a hate crime.

Investigators with the Kent Police Department are asking for the public's help in identifying a man caught on camera Saturday night throwing rocks at a local mosque and breaking windows.

Community members at the Islamic Center of Federal Way are hopeful someone will recognize the suspect in the video and provide the information to police.
