A Fall River woman was arrested in Portsmouth for DUI, with a 2-year-old child in the back of the vehicle. According to police, around 7:30 p.m. on Friday, they saw a white Volkswagen Tiguan traveling at a high rate of speed northbound on East Main Road near the Walgreens.
