4th trooper charged in Delgado-Garcia's death pleads not guilty

Casey LaMonte, one of the four state troopers charged with involuntary manslaughter in the 2024 death of Enrique Delgado-Garcia at the agency’s training academy, was arraigned Wednesday, May 6. The now-suspended member of the state's defense tactics unit was released on personal recognizance after pleading not guilty in a very brief proceeding in Worcester Superior Court.
