CLEVELAND, Ohio - While cold temperatures will continue to stick around, the area will get a break from the snow on Thursday.

About 2-4 inches of snow are expected from 1 p.m. Friday to 10 a.m. Saturday. Drivers should plan for slippery conditions, according to the NWS.

The National Weather Service’s forecast for tomorrow calls for mostly cloudy skies with a slight chance of morning snow showers. Skies will show some gradual clearing throughout the day with overnight lows dropping into the mid teens. Thursday will see sunshine returns with highs around 24 degrees.

In Franklin County, 2-4 more inches of snow is expected Friday afternoon and Friday night, according to the National Weather Service.
