To send and receive Bitcoin directly between your wallet and another, you have to enter the other wallet address or scan their QR code in the Bitcoin section of the app.

Jack Dorsey, co-founder and executive chair of Block Inc. (NYSE:XYZ), reiterated the Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC)-only strategy of its "Cash App" digital wallet service on Tuesday.

Consumers can also buy, sell or transfer bitcoin through the app. With Cash App Taxes (formerly Credit Karma Tax), users can file their taxes for free.

Cash App now allows users to receive BTC payments instantly through the Lightning Network using QR codes or links.

Cash App’s interface is user-friendly and its many functions are easy to navigate. Most users download the app to send and receive money, but it has a bunch of other features too.
