Samsung showed off the Samsung Galaxy S25 series of phones at its Unpacked event in San Jose, and while most of the showcase was reserved for new AI features, there's still plenty of new hardware details to highlight.

Samsung officially unveiled several versions of its Galaxy range at the January event Galaxy Unpacked in San Jose, California on Jan. 22. The company announced the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25, showcasing its top smartphone options.

The S25 Ultra is lighter at 218g compared to the 233g that the S24 Ultra weighs. In addition, the S25 Ultra has a more rounded, flat design when compared to the S24 Ultra. Samsung says that the S25 Ultra is 0.4 mm thinner than the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
