The new Netflix movie KPop Demon Hunters has become a global hit since its arrival on the streaming platform. However, apart from the film’s story, the backstory of Rumi, one of the main characters, has sparked buzz on the internet.

Before KPop Demon Hunters reached its final form, a tender moment between Rumi and Jinu was pitched. Character designer Marion Bordeyne revealed on Instagram that, during the early stages of development, the team had planned a sweet, emotional scene between the two characters.
