Starting this spring, a daily JetBlue flight out of Bradley International Airport will connect the Hartford area to John F. Kennedy in New York City.

The Connecticut Airport Authority and JetBlue made a major announcement on Wednesday – the airline will soon launch nonstop service between Bradley International Airport and John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York.

WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. — JetBlue will offer daily nonstop flights from Bradley International Airport to New York’s JFK International starting in April in a boon to travelers making connecting flights. The airport and airline announced the expansion Wednesday.

The New York-based carrier announced on Wednesday a major network expansion for the upcoming season. JetBlue will add a whopping 16 routes, including five all-new pins to its route map, as part of the expansion.
