Jack Skellington had his turn, but now that the winter holidays are over, Disneyland's Haunted Mansion is getting back to its original spirit. The Halloween- and Christmas-themed "Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas" overlay ended Jan. 6. The traditional ride will haunt the mansion again starting Jan. 18.

But it’s maybe an even bigger year for the Haunted Mansion, because we’ll actually get that beloved ride. For a minute thee it looked like 2025b was going to be different because it was originally announced that Haunted Mansion Holiday would not open until November this year,

The popular Haunted Mansion Holiday inspired by Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas will return in August, as it traditionally does— not November, as was erroneously reported after incorrect dates were published on the Disneyland site.

Disneyland’s original Haunted Mansion attraction will be making room for one more happy haunt this Halloween season. Typically, the attraction’s seasonal overlay, Haunted Mansion Holiday, will begin during the Halloween season at Disneyland and run into throughout the holiday season.

According to Disneyland officials, Haunted Mansion Holiday will return for Halloween Time 2025 at Disneyland Resort.
