Police say the FBI is involved in an ongoing investigation of a bomb threat earlier this month at Carman-Ainsworth High School.

On January 23, 2025, the Morehouse Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old Jordan Yates a student at Beekman Charter School for bomb threats on Wednesday the 22nd. According to authorities, Yates’s residence was searched and no bomb-making materials were located.
