How do you use the gift cards? Do you not book online but instead just show up and book on arrival? And do they accept walk-ins even if the online seems to be full at that time slot?

they was taking walk ins but i think they are running at a lower capacity so you may not got to enter if they are fully booked, hence why they advise to book online fitst
