no, this park is near downtown, only have geese, ducks birds & other dogs. you are safe.

Usually there are people offering rides during the summertime, you just ask one of them. Hope that helped! :)

As Nikky said, the park itself is public and free. Free parking downtown is practically non-existent. That parking lot Nikky mentioned on Memorial Drive is also a pay lot. You could try to find a free curb-side spot in the Sunnyside neighbourhood, but you'll be competing with everyone else that has the same idea.
