Stunning. Not busy at all, shade offered by tree lined beach. Lovely bar, Tree House serving food and drinks, definitely worth a visit. Full review by Traveler33050291597

Great unorganized beach, and if you find beach chairs then it definitely belongs to a hotel and most likely it is sold out or not allowing none guests to sit. The sand is soft, the sun is great, and … Full review by Q8Fahad
Hello, Lovely photo, are those private sunbeds or can you hire them, if so where can you hire them and what part of the beach. I would like to visit but would need sunloungers/umbrella.

The sunbeds are from a private resort. I think that you can hire them there. Most things are available in Thailand, if you have money. Just ask.
Hi there, my husband and I would like to know if Maenam would be a better and quieter option for a few days after attending the full moon party or should we stay on koh phangan? Which would be more relaxing. Apart from the party we like clear waters and quiet beaches within easy reach of a few Thai eateries and maybe a market to mooch around. Also is it easy to navigate the island to sightsee? Thanks for any help available. Sandra.

Hi that’s a help thanks. It’s just so difficult making a decision the problem being koh phangan is gonna be busy because of the party but once that’s finished we want peace and tranquility. Also we want to see as much as we can whilst there. I will take a look at lanai beach area too then. Again many thanks.
Hi I'm looking at staying in Koh Samui for a few nights with my 3 year old daughter and myself in November this year and have provisionally booked Harrys bungalows and restaurant. Does anyone have any experience of this place or can record somewhere suitable for a toddler who loves swimming and somewhere not too out of the way...restaurants within walking distance etc?? thank you

khwan beach resort is perfect for you, the bungalows have private pools
Hi,I am looking to book a hotel for next year in Maenam and preferably on the beach but we do like to have a selection of restaurants/bar(s) and maybe a 7/11 within easy walking distance from our hotel.I realise that Maenam is unlike Chaweng,Lamai, etc so any advice would be really appreciated. We have been to Samui for the past 12 years and never stayed in Maenam and it seems idyllic.Thank you in advance

Hi friend I stayed at Mimosa Resort. Good value and great staff. There are 4 or 5 restaurants on the small road leading to it, as well as a 7/11 at the turnoff from the main road (4169)...takes 15 min to walk to it or grab a bike from the resort. They do a shuttle to different points every day (although it is one way). Hope this helps!
