Is this place wheelchair-friendly? Does it have lifts?

If my memory serves, it is wheelchair accessible but no lift available. The entrance and ticket box are right beside the road, you can get off car and directly enter there.
I am planning to visit on next tuesday afternoon. I have to catch my train in evening so I want to know sheher there is any facility to keep my luggage? Can I carry that along with me while visiting gallery?

Most hotels will also allow you to keep bags there even after checkout. Can then get uber to museum with no hassle of bags.
