The Ambassador’s Lounge is well worth the extra money. To have your own reserved seats in the lounge and separate toilets (with no long queues) was ace. Excellent service, including a pre-show drink,… Full review by Catherine E

Hi Susan. It depends on the performance. Call the accessibility line and they will ask you to provide an image of your Blue Badge and supply your assistance needs such as a wheelchair space. Once registered you will get concessions. You pay full price and a carer gets in free. Unfortunately there are no age-related concessions. However, disabled parking is rubbish. There are four outside the theatre and ten in the multi storey car park. which are always full. You can never get a space on the ground floor and the lifts are no longer working. I hope this helps.
