If you make a reservation online prior to your visit and are staying nearby you may want to take a taxi or Uber, visit the monument, and return to your hotel to pick up the stroller. The views are beautiful however, I don’t know if your two year old will enjoy the entire experience. That is a personal decision because you know your child better.
